1. Physical Injury Liability & Consent Clause
ProBeez prioritizes student safety at all times. However, by enrolling at our studio, each learner (or their parent/guardian in case of minors) agrees to the following:
- They understand that physical movement in dance, gymnastics, or fitness may involve risks of minor injuries, strains, or sprains.
- Learners are expected to follow the instructor's guidance carefully before attempting any movement or technique.
- The studio and instructors will not be held liable for any injury occurring due to a student's negligence, improper attempt, or disregard of instructions.
- Enrollment implies full consent and acknowledgment of this condition.
Note: Written consent is mandatory at the time of admission.
2. Registration Fee Policy & Re-Registration Rules
Effective immediately, a one-time non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1500 will be applicable for all new enrollments. This includes:
- Official ProBeez uniform/dress (mandatory for all students).
- Administrative costs for record maintenance, ID generation, and certification eligibility.
Benefits of Registration:
- Once registered, your fee remains locked at the admission rate (inflation-free pricing) regardless of future hikes.
Important Condition:
- If a student takes a break longer than 45 days without pre-approved leave, their registration will lapse.
- Re-registration will be required as a new admission, with updated fees and policies applicable at that time.
